Just recently stayed at this hotel and loved everything about it the convenience of the pyramids the location and how helpful the staff is there. Jimmy and his family and staff made us feel very welcome like family and were there to help us have the best experience. The hotel was very nice. The rooftop with the breakfast every morning was amazing. The view from the rooftop was breathtaking. I also did a lot of excursions through the hotel which was easy and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis exceeded every expectation and was the perfect way to begin and end our trip to Egypt. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality. A special thank you to Sama, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. She truly made us feel at home. The rest of the staff were just as wonderful—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made our experience even more memorable. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, elegant, spotless, and incredibly luxurious. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully prepared. The bed was so comfortable that it was the perfect place to unwind after long days of exploring Egypt. One of the sweetest surprises was for my birthday. The hotel gifted me a beautiful chocolate cake, and it was honestly one of the best chocolate cakes I’ve ever had! It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday feel extra special. To make the stay even more unforgettable, we even experienced an earthquake during the night! Thankfully, everyone was safe, and the hotel staff remained calm and professional throughout. It’s certainly a birthday trip we’ll never forget! The breakfast was outstanding, with an incredible variety of delicious international and authentic Egyptian dishes. Every meal we enjoyed at the hotel was excellent!

Great place clean will stay again

Very disappointing experience and not worth the money. The staff were generally unhelpful, communication was poor, and they repeatedly promised to resolve problems but did not take action. I called several times requesting room service, but nobody came, so I eventually had to go downstairs and collect what I needed myself. The original room had a strong sewage/toilet smell, and the toilet was leaking. My booking stated that I would have a pool view, but instead the room overlooked a desert area with rubbish. I complained, but my concerns were initially ignored. The following day, after making a serious complaint and asking to speak with the manager, I was offered another room, but it was smaller and did not have a better view. I requested an upgrade, and eventually they moved me to a larger room. This room was clean, fresh-smelling, and much better. This made me wonder why all the rooms could not be maintained to the same standard. The sauna was dirty, the gym was untidy and poorly maintained, and some staff members repeatedly asked for tips, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel did not meet the expected standard. The service was poor, the facilities were not properly maintained, and the handling of complaints was disappointing. For the amount of money charged, I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel.
