Excellent stay. No issues.

This is the first all inclusive resort my husband and I stayed at many years ago when it was an Omni. Since, we have stayed at “nicer” more expensive resorts. We still come back. The resort is beautiful & clean. The ocean view rooms give you a beautiful view of the ocean & resort. They have THE BEST staff! The spa is great. The beach is well kept. We love all the pools. We have gone with & without our family. My kids are older & now go with their friends & family. Lunch options are better than dinner. Please bring back breakfast at the beach restaurant.

Pillows and sheets had mold on them because it was so humid in my room. I asked for them to replace them and the next day I flipped them over to discover those were molded too! They don’t bother to clean their beach front it’s filled with seaweed so it really takes away from the white sand fantasy I had when I booked the trip. The towels were dingy, looks like they were white years ago but now beige. I had the Lagoon view. The hot water went out completely and a service man came to repair it promptly. Upkeep in general not good. Rusted spots in multiple places, chips in floor tile, stained grounds outside, bad patch jobs on the walls The room was so humid it welted my passport Cheap plastic patio furniture on the patio for the lagoon view room. Steakhouse restaraunt was off the water beautiful view but the fans were broke so it was muggy and my waiter was dripping in sweat , very unsanitary. Servers wear hairnets . The food is actually pretty good for a resort. No top shelf liquor offerings at the bars only cheap well liquor. Not a terrible place but expect a budget friendly experience here. The humidity in the room was absolutely unbearable for me, I considered just finding a nearby place to stay instead but I stuck the wet nights and the molded sheets out. Yuck! Poole also closed at 7pm

Beach and pool was amazing! The rooms were very clean but very noisy! We were on first floor and heard all activities from the lobby. Music people cheering .

All staff are very nice，everything was great.it’s just that there’s room door has a problem, every time we can not open the room door, when we change the room key, sometimes can open, sometime can’t open, so we need to change the key again and again.

Our view from the 10th floor, Preferred Club room was stunning. Best food we ate was breakfast at Olios-French Toast. Drinks, meh....Patron was not visible, had to ask for it repeatedly, it seemed to be put away. Havana Club always had about an inch in the bottom of the bottle. Top Shelf liquor was hard to come by. Resort was clean, our room attendant did a great job. Overall vibe was okay. Abraham at the Preferred Club Pool was a Rock Star ⭐. Other than him, no one else stood out . I read there are Butler's, I personally never met or saw one Benn there done that, Will NOT return to Secrets Mirabel.

The staff were so kind and attentive. The drinks were good and the resort had a lot to do.

Overall, we were disappointed with our stay here. The room was beautiful and our terrace was wonderful with a great view of the ocean. But, we had some trouble finding the restaurants in the resort. We received a QR code at check-in but no instructions that it contained information including a map of the resort. But, we couldn't find signs on the ground floor that, in theory, contained all the restaurants. Even the way to the beach was a little challenging. We had to navigate through the restaurant area to get to the beach, which felt a little awkward as we were doing that in our bathing suits in the evening as others were dressed and waiting for dinner. For such a big resort, I would have thought the routes to locations and signage would have been considerably better. Also, when we were there, there was a lot of sorgussum on the beach. I understand that that is going to vary and is out of the control of the hotel. I did notice in the morning that the resort to the left and right of us had cleared the beach of it overnight, but Live Aqua had not. That definitely impacts the beauty and use of the beachfront. Overall, I would not stay there again. It is not worth the money.
