The hotel is perfectly located on the beach but they are still ramping operations. Staff were nice but slow and seemingly unprepared. Will likely not go back anytime soon

Our room was very clean and well stocked with towels, pillows and stocked beverages in the refrigerator.
The staff was very helpful and friendly!
The many specialty restaurants and buffet restaurant were all amazing.
The nightly entertainment was great!
We would definitely consider booking at Ocean Coral & Turquesa again. Maybe next year! 😎

The rooms are very clean nicely laid out a little dated with the Jacuzzis, which I’m sure not too many people use anymore food was fantastic location superb everyone super helpful.

The staff was so nice and accommodating! Truly made our experience. We went for a last minute getaway and it was perfect. We enjoyed the shows and loved the beach club party. The room was clean and they gave lots of towels. The buffet was nice to pick what you like. The restaurants aren’t anything special but for an all inclusive, it works. Drinks are amazing and definitely get the “spicy mango shot”! Would definitely go back!
