Great ocean view, clean room, excellent location. Outdoor and indoor spa, steam room and sauna was good too.

We stayed at Azzura Green Apartments and unfortunately our experience got off to a terrible start. For the first three nights, our apartment had a significant cockroach infestation. We reported the issue and were moved to another apartment, which we appreciated, but there was no apology for the situation, no acknowledgment of how unpleasant it was, and no compensation for the food that had been contaminated and had to be thrown away. It was a very disappointing way to begin our stay. The second apartment was much better. It was cleaner and, thankfully, free of cockroaches. However, it was missing several basic kitchen items that you would normally expect in a self-contained apartment, including chopping boards, and there wasn’t enough cutlery for the number of guests the apartment accommodated. The master bedroom also only had sheets and a decorative throw instead of a proper blanket, which made for some very cold nights. Overall, the apartment itself is lovely and has great potential. It’s just a shame that, for the amount of money we paid, the furnishings and inclusions felt quite budget, and the handling of the initial cockroach issue fell well below expectations.

Elevator maintenance was an inconvenience. Tried a number in safe and error occurred even when following instructions. After assistance another number worked as expected using the same procedure as before???

Really lovely big apartment, great for a stay with grandparents. Very close to the pool and guest lounge. In a great part of Broadbeach.

We had a great time! Room was clean, and staff was very nice.

This is such a cool hotel. Small room doesn’t even feel that small. Comfortable and modern. Staff are really friendly. Well priced too. Highly recommend.

The room was clean inside except for the ensuite which had water leaking from the toilet ,running accross the floor. The pool and balcony area were filthy. The pool was cold in spite of there being a pool heater which wasn't operational. When we complained about it to Q Stay( they mange the apartment on behalf of a private owner) they said the pool is not advertised as being heated. Q Stay said they would send house keeping to clean inside but not outside. House keeping didn't come during our stay. Soul management could help because it is a privately owned apartment. It seems the owner is probably to tight to spend on cleaning and maintenance.

Great for a solo trip because it had a single bed and private bath, closet, desk. The bathroom was really nice. I have stayed here twice. Location is great for seeing the sights and coming back to during the day for a break
