My second stay there. Excellent location. Excellent room and amenities. Restaurant on premises is excellent. balcony view is fabulous. Lots of activities and wonderful pool and chairs and cabanas. If another hotel was cheaper I would not stay there and expensive hotels in that area do not measure up to everything this hotel has to offer. Great for singles, families and an older crowd as well. The beach is directly across the street. It’s at the end of the long strip of hotels and is quiet and has little traffic noise. Ten stars.

They are remodeling so things are confusing. Still best location.

Great rooms and amenities, but the best part about Outrigger Reef and the reason I come back every year, is the fantastic staff.

The staff here are amazing, we only had one problem with the air conditioning going out for about 10 hours but other than that I would recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff were amazing. We also had a great beach view.

Room was outdated. Carpet was dirty. Toilet was really small. In all the hotel is old. But the location is perfect and the view from my room is 180 degree view of unobstructed ocean.
