North America Beach Holidays

The view was good, bed, pillow comfy. Motel was packed with graduation kids so the elevator took forever. The car service was awesome. The room key was terrible on the last two days of our stay first it wasn't reading and the second time maintenance had to come and break into our room and change the whole lock system which is not good when your coming in late after hours.

The property was excellent. Maid service was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a public microwave available.

Staff was amazing and super helpful! Also Room was seemingly clean as well!

The property is in a great location. Beach,great restaurants, zoo all within walking distance. They have boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and SUB boards available as part of your resort fee. We had a beautiful view of the beach and Diamond Head. Staff was wonderful.

We love staying at the queen kapolani, they staff is super nice and I love the location and views of diamond head. I love the coffee shop in the lobby and love the whole vibe. I stay here whenever I can.

The property was very clean and perfectly located in the center of everything. There was a helpful ABC store in the lobby of the hotel. It was an easy walk to many eateries and right across from the beach. I would absolutely stay here again.
