Enjoyed my stay at the Conrad. The staff were professional, courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond to make it a pleasant stay. Rooms were very clean. Comfortable bed with multiple flat screens. 2 clean washrooms.

The shower was full of hair from the previous guest, we were charge for valet everyday even though we paid at the kiosk. I was told I would have a $70 birthday credit when we checked in however I was charged for everything!!! Wasn’t a Happy Birthday stay!!!!!!!☹️

Large rooms with sitting area. Perfect location and stay for concert at the Sphere. Feel that $65/day resort fee is a rip off at all these hotels where it isn't a resort and limited amenities that the traveler is using.

Hotel is tired, our room wasn’t serviced until late (despite calling housekeeping), and the resort fee is exorbitant, especially given the fact that most of the pools were closed. The hotel staff were all very friendly, and it’s a perfect location to go to The Sphere.
