My second stay there. Excellent location. Excellent room and amenities. Restaurant on premises is excellent. balcony view is fabulous. Lots of activities and wonderful pool and chairs and cabanas. If another hotel was cheaper I would not stay there and expensive hotels in that area do not measure up to everything this hotel has to offer. Great for singles, families and an older crowd as well. The beach is directly across the street. It’s at the end of the long strip of hotels and is quiet and has little traffic noise. Ten stars.

Great place, awesome view! Cleaning staff are friendly and welcoming. It is under some renovations so Hula Grill was a bit loud, but no inconveniences. Great central location. Pool is small but didn’t care with the beach and ocean right there

We enjoyed our stay at OUTRIGGER Reef Waikiki. The check-in went smoothly, and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The room amenities were excellent. There was a Keurig coffeemaker, and delicious Pacific Paradise coffee and hot tea k-cups were provided. They provided each guest with their own aluminum water bottle with a handle lid, and there were handy filtered water dispensers through the property in order to reduce plastic waste. There was a mini fridge in our room. There were restaurants, shops and activities on the property. The outdoor pool was beautiful, and there was daily live music at the pool area. The location was on the beach and next door to a military museum. It is in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping.

The rooms are outdated and need maintenence. Chipped walls and missing paint in quite a few areas. One of the nights the fire alarm went off at 11:30pm. I was woken up to a panic and had to run down the stairs from 11th floor as the PA system mentioned do not take elevator. Turned it to be a false alarm after all we stood outside for 20 30 minutes.

Room was clean and spacious. There is a lot of construction happening at the hotel currently. The pool is pretty small but wasn’t super busy which is nice. We had a great view from our room but couldn’t use the balcony due to construction. Once the construction is over, I would stay here again.
