The structure of the room, pool area was perfect. But the equipment inside the room are not perfect - rusted pots in the kitchen, towels were not cleaned there were marks on it, bedside lamps were not working.

No body soap in both showers. Someone’s gum on dishwasher. Very packed elevators, especially at check in time. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

No compliment water bottle. Desk shelves not clean, can see dusk. Have to ask for tooth brushes and slippers. Don’t provide any toiletries goods (disposable shavers, cotton pads/ buds,comb) No fresh air as window not allow to open due to maintenance.

Room average condition. Cleaning very average. Eg windows covered in grease. Lounge seats falling apart. Cutlery greasy. Great location and friendly staff

We are a young couple with a toddler and stayed here for six nights over the New Year period. The room was spacious but really needs an update, and the cots were very dated. The buffet breakfast was standard and not great value — no barista coffee, limited alternative milks, and no berries. Breakfast started quite late, which made mornings challenging with a young child. For a beachfront hotel with multiple pools, it was poorly equipped. Towels often ran out, and our room was only properly serviced two days out of six. Staff seemed unaware of housekeeping issues and couldn’t resolve them. The location is the hotel’s only saving grace. We wouldn’t recommend it for families with young children — there are better options out there.

The welcome basket, fresh milk, beach towels and beautiful clean room. So so lovely! Seconds away from the beach.
