room was lovely and clean, amenities are good, arcade needs a little bit of a revamp due to damage from patrons but still fun on rainy days. The lifts were half working during our stay due to them being swapped out due to age and parts availability which slowed down getting in and out of the hotel, but this can't be helped and will be better in the long run for future stays. The hotel is in a great location for everything and a short walk to the beach which you can see from the balcony.

Lots of dining options, close shops, public transport close by.

The view of the beach was beautiful. Hotel close to things to do and see with so many choices of restaurants, food and drinks....

Staff are great and clean property

We had a really nice stay at Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise. The location is unbeatable — especially for New Year’s Eve. Watching the fireworks from the area was amazing, and the neighborhood itself is lively with the beach, shops, and restaurants all around. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made things easy. Another big plus is the food scene — there are so many good places to eat right next door and within a short walk. A couple of minor issues: the curtain in the master bedroom was slightly torn, letting in early morning sunlight and affecting our sleep, and the dishwasher had a few dirty dishes left inside when we arrived. Overall, these were small things in an otherwise great stay.

Initial city view room on floor 11 had a constant hum from the fans which kept us up all night, windows didn't open so felt stuffy. Showers on that site are in a bathtub so not accessible. Got moved to another floor with a sea view which was nice but had to pay extra, despite having one of the worse sleeps of my life on our first night. Overall the hotel is a little tired and dated in terms of fit-out. There's a nightclub downstairs so some noise will come through on weekends until midnight

The room was immaculate and the airconditioning was perfect! Great location and friendly staff.

Excellent communication, unbeatable location and good facilities. Great views from the unit. It would have been good to have extra towels and an extra tea towel.
