Complex has two pools and a sauna. Room was great with a modern bathroom. Was able to check in early when I arrived.

The apartments are huge, spacious and modern. The ocean views are amazing. Xanadu is in a safe, quiet & beautiful area - steps away from the beach and Tedder Avenue.

Great views from the 26th floor. Huge apartment and well laid out. Secure parking and complex. Fantastic location. Very short walk to the beach and Cavill Avenue. Only minor issues were the pillows and the lack of some basics in the kitchen like baking trays and pans and sharp knives. The heated pool was also nowhere near the 26 degrees it was advertised to be.

Beach view excellent. No on-site breakfast facility. Arrangement with cafe next door. Policy to clean bedsheets only every 7 days! Room tariff should include car parking costs. Limited staff but friendly. Pool facilities excellent

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The pool, barely used by anyone else at the resort, was right outside our room and we used it every day. The water was warm and clean. We even used the outside BBQ to cook a meal. We learned how to use to local bus which was great for getting around to activities. Only negative was spotty internet. We brought that to staffs attention but little changed during our stay. The surrounding area and beaches were fabulous. Great walking trails and clean public spaces.

Great place to stay, good vibe, great staff, good for kids and adults who want to have a good time. Only thing is not being on the beach is disappointing

It was Beautiful and Clean, with a very comfortable feel about the place. They do a great Martini at the bar, and it's really close to great food and bars. I really enjoyed my stay!

Facilities and staff are excellent. Rooms would benefit from some love and updating, but they are spacious, clean, well priced, and have everything you will likely need. Loved the location and links to public transport.
