The Pros - staff was very friendly, helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to help. From our arrival to check out the staff were absolutely amazing espically one of the waiter ( Jian ). The pool and surrounding was well kept and clean. , it was very private and relaxing. The bedrooms were a bit dated but it serve the purpose . The Cons - Beach!!! Very disappointed.

Staff very friendly and great location facility

Was quite shocked. Upon checking in, served a welcome drink, which was great but after that was just downhill. No towels were in the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone was disconnected. It took hours to get the towels. Power outage continued for so long and occurred frequently. The color of water was terrible… even for 1 night, wasn’t rest at all…

Thus is such a beautiful property, the service and attention to detail is perfect. The hotel is ideally located about a 5 minute drive if Sengiggi centre, easy to get to by taxi. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds and great showers, our room had an outdoor shower which was lovely. We liked it so much we extended our stay by a further 3 nights, it’s just got a lovely relaxed vibe to it. Breakfast is a la Carrie and the choices are excellent, the food quality is superb.
