"Nous avons été enchantés de séjourner aux Rizières Lombok et d’échanger avec les propriétaires, Thomas et Cathy. Leur accueil chaleureux, leurs conseils avisés et la délicieuse cuisine ont rendu notre passage inoubliable. Leur hébergement est idéalement situé pour explorer les merveilles de Tetebatu.

"We booked for three nights to walk the hills around Rinjani only stayed one then left. The rooms are old and cramped, we had ants in the bed and got no sleep due to dogs fighting and the sound of the road. The toilet seats are broken and water supply variable, I got a hot shower my wife didn’t. We asked Mr Din how much the transfer to the airport would be the next day when we wanted to book it the price had doubled. "

"Hébergement bon marché, géré par du personnel très jeune, le ménage est "survolé". On vous conseille vivement les chambres du 1er étage. Équipements sommaires (douches équipées que d'un phare de douche par exemple) .
Les chambres dites "standard" sont à éviter, elles sentent le renfermé car pas de circulation d'air.
On pourrais comparer ces chambres à des pseudos caves. La piscine est correct mais petite. 4 transats de dispo. Ce n'est clairement pas l'endroit pour passer une après midi relax à...

"Decent place to stay, bed is comfortable and the rooms are small. Hot shower and western toilet in the room. The price includes breakfast which was very simple but good.
It’s about 10 minutes drive from central Sembalun so keep that in mind as there are not many places to eat nearby.
Overall if you’re looking for a place to stay and rest up for a cheap price I could recommend."

"When we pulled up it looked like a construction zone I honestly didn’t think we were at the right place.
It was Ramadan and the loud speakers were on full blast all night long and the staff were having a party in the restaurant/rec room right beside our room singing with microphones and playing drums and electric guitars so we didn’t sleep at all, we were also the only guests at the resort.
Staff were sleeping everywhere because of Ramadan which I get but it looks unprofessional.

"The inn is located around wonderful rice fields and with views to mount Rinjani. The rooms are basic, and the owner and stuff gives you a friendly service with tips around the area and offering a wide range of plates at the restaurant, which is located over their fish ponds. "

"Fantastic view from this place!
Hot water!
Free water during your stay.
Staff are really nice and helpful!
They have raincoats and umbrella
The terrace is very nice.
There're MANY warungs nearby this place (also many which aren't at Google maps). So just pick a choice 😉 No need to think you'll have to walk for a long time to have something to eat.
In the evenings it gets cold. So bring warm clothes. Also for the night's.
And good idea to bring a headlamp when you are going out for dinner,...

"Our stay at Kayana Beach Resort was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the reception team and management went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every single member of the front desk was extremely helpful, professional, and always greeted us with a warm smile. They made the check-in and check-out process smooth and effortless, and were always ready to assist with anything we needed during our stay.
A special mention must go to the chef and team at The Blues Restaurant. The food was consistently 10/10, delicious, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate our dietary preferences, even preparing custom dishes to meet our specific needs. Their attention to detail and care truly made every meal a memorable experience.
The spa at Kayana Beach Resort deserves high praise as well. It was one of the best spa experiences we’ve had, incredibly spacious, spotless, and serene. The massage therapists were well-trained and provided a deeply relaxing experience that left us feeling rejuvenated.
I do consider the resort to be 4/5 for location as it lacks a private beach and it was shared with local people and fisherman.
Overall, every member of staff, from management to housekeeping, restaurant to spa, made us feel like family. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return to Kayana Beach Resort"
"Fab place to stay, great rooms; with a fridge and open air shower and air con. 2 pools and right on the beach. Good food in their restaurant. And great location on the island. My husband did a dive day with them and the teaching was first class, I can’t fault their dive school.
The only thing that was needed was a mosquito net over the bed but they wernt a problem just one or two that crept in. "
"We had a great time at Tugu. It is a romantic, serene place that I felt so far away from bustling Bali. Special thanks to Ardian, who always was so prompt and efficient whenever I asked something, to Made the chef, who patiently taught us in the cooking class, and for the last but not the least to the kithcen staff whom I forget to ask name, who served us the most perfect candle lit dinner on the beach that we 've ever had. Thank you! "
"We loved our stay at the Oberoi Lombok for our honeymoon. It wasn’t perfect, but there were so many amazing elements.
The private pool villa was large and lovely, the views divine, the staff so friendly and helpful. The beach experience / chairs / hammocks / service, just made for the most relaxing week.
The hotel has not been renovated in many years, but as they keep it spotlessly clean and maintained this isn’t a big issue. Our air conditioning broke, but it was spotted by room service and maintenance fixed it very quickly.
Nothing is too much to ask, the staff are all very approachable and after a few days knew us by name.
The resort feels like it’s in a bit of a time warp - I could have been sat in 1999 - which I quite enjoyed. It was relaxing and nostalgic. If you didn’t fancy dinner in the main restaurant (outdoor tables, white tablecloths, musical entertainment), you could order the same menu to the bar or to your room. They were very flexible with the dinner package, which was appreciated. One night they did a special buffet dinner on the beach, which was really lovely.
The staff needed some help understanding my husband’s food allergies, and this took a few days and a few scares. However, they were excellent at following up, and after an early scare were very attentive to it. We found understanding of allergies to be low across Indonesia, not just this hotel.
Such a relaxing five nights, and I wish we were back there!
