Room was very clean and staffs were very friendly. The restaurant on 2nd floor was NOT very nice (lunch or dinner). The breakfast ( included ) was reasonable. Need to pre order your breakfast if you're a vegetarian.

Rooms were clean. Connecting rooms were very useful for our young kids. Staff were very helpful booking taxis for us. Wifi was reliable. Free umbrella rental was very useful since it rained every day!

Very Grand. Rooms extra large. Clean comfortable. They have robes and slippers! Get a room with a balcony looking over the city. Did not have any meals due to high cost. Good hiking behind the hotel. Shuttles to the MRT.
Only complaint is lack of bath supplies like there was hand soap but no hand lotion.
This is a must stay for the ambiance in Taipei!

Building, elevators, common area, and carpet look tiring and old, but my room is clean and very well lit. I appreciate the window in my room as I'm able to look outside. Location is great as it's within a walking distance to main station and restaurants. High CP value is my opinion. I'll stay here again in the future.
