I was charged for the drink Had to ring them back to be refunded for the VIP free beverage

The room the large, spacious, and spotless. The hotel is in a central location for meeting places for excursions and shopping areas. The staff was so courteous, kind, and helpful by calling taxis, suggestions routes, providing maps, and suggestions. Buddhi was especially helpful, when a stolen credit card became a problem.

Room was pretty good but could do with some tlc

Staff was extremely courteous, room was a good size. Only two issues. Found the bed and pillows to be too soft but that is based on our personal preference. Breakfast was terrible and very expensive. 1st order oh hash browns was overcooked, replacement was too oily to eat.

Incredibly accommodating staff. Fancy & spacious room. Short walk to the harbor and lots of great food options.

Friendly and helpful staff (we were able to get an early check in too). Fabulous location, close to cruise port and easy walk to downtown.
