The staff members were friendly and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was clean and quiet. Perfect location with easy access to the botanical gardens and the city.Great coffe shops around.

The windows were filthy, you could hardly see out of the windows. The fixed windows are claustrophobic. Reception staff quite underwhelming in their service levels.

This place is great for the price, the property is older, so the place has a few age related issues, but it was clean and worked great for us.
The customer service was great and the property is located next to Rundle mall and tourist destination like the museum and art gallery.
