"This hotel is wonderfully luxurious and well looked after, the facilities are a little dated but this does not ruin the experience. We were given a free upgrade and our suite was huge, the bath was jacuzzi and big enough for 2 people, the bed was super comfortable and the available chairs tables and couches very good. There were however limited plugs and no USB plugs like you get in more modern hotels but not a massive downside. Breakfast was phenomenal and included in our stay the choices and availability were excellent and very much added a great level of value. Also as a location it is perfectly situated for buses, trams and walking to dining options and the shops. "

"The Mayfair was excellent very comfortable beds and we could not hear any noise from the street below. The in room dining was beautiful and affordable. Everything was perfect for our weekend away. "

"There was a mix up(on my part) for the date of my reservation. The front desk staff was amazing, they had me sit down with a glass of wine while they sorted it out. I was only going to stay a couple of nights, but because of this, i stayed 5 nights!"
