Staff were wonderful and kind. The bathroom was very nice but the sink area was small but we made it work. Love the shower!
Downstairs bar area and lounge seating areas were nice. Food was good but only ate breakfast each day. We had to venture out for lunch and dinner.

The breakfast was terrible. The food was cold the coffee was strong and not hot. My group went out for breakfast elsewhere even though we had prepaid with our hotel stay. The laundry facility was functional but you need to block out two hours for washing and drying

Very nice, probably high-end hotel with beautiful garden and great breakfast, but the room amenities were surprisingly basic. There was no lotions in the bathroom, and to me, that was disappointing because I counted on them. For the price, I assumed that lotions were provided.
And the fridge was empty. I guess a lot of people left without paying for the drinks.
Staff were nice but a few of them were not so friendly or helpful. I was surprised that they didn’t even offer to take my luggage to the room or even to the elevator.
The location is convenient; 30 minutes train ride from Haneda. Better take the free shuttle from Shinagawa Prince hotel because it’s on top of the hill.
Overall, the place was nice but I may not choose again unless there’s a really good deal on the price.
