Room was cleaned daily - air con was not adjustable to the room so often felt cold.
The room had everything required for a couple of nights stay inc iron and hairdryer.
Black background meant that plugging things in were fiddly but not too bad ( more an irritation)
Staff were good and did not get in our way
Local shops and restaurant were sufficient to get a variety of foods. We did not try the local restaurant in the hotel ( there was a great bagel and coffee place v close by which did great b/fast)

Great place to stay, lovely area close to art gallery and botanic gardens. Staff were great and very helpful. Room was very spacious and a delight to stay with all amenities you need. Will stay again.ps loved the lolly cart a nice touch in a well converted old building.
