Staff especially attentive and friendly.
The only disappointment was the bridge from the Hyatt to the Falls Incline is now permanently closed. However, rooms and staff were excellent.

The room was very clean and had a good view of the falls. The staff was helpful and prompt anytime we needed anything at all. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but did use the Starbucks in the lobby often. The bar looked nice and clean, but we did not use it. This hotel is a great walking distance to everything and we loved the location. Would definitely recommend!
