Safe in room was temperamental. Had dinner in Spike Bar 1st night (Sunday) as closed 2nd night. Food was good; however found service of staff lacking. They brought starter & mains at same time. Almost as though they wanted you in & out as quickly as possible. Good breakfast. Signage for hotel from main road extremely poor. Would I return - unlikely.

We stayed in apartment 331; the units are tired and need a refurbishment, fittings are worn, chipped & stained. The chair cushions were hiding a lot of food crumbs, peanuts etc. balcony needed sweeping, bathroom needs an update. The unit was not up to a 4 star premiere standard as advertised, gardens are nice with 2 pools and location is good.
