From beginning to end, Vedana Lagoon Resort delivered the best travel experience we have ever had, and we have traveled to many countries around the world. The level of customer service is truly next level. Even before our arrival, the team had already opened a WhatsApp chat to assist us, which immediately made us feel cared for and supported. We originally booked a water villa, but just two days before our trip my wife broke her hand and had to undergo surgery. Traveling with two small children (a 2-year-old and a 7-month-old) made us realize that the water villa would no longer be suitable. This is where Vedana truly exceeded all expectations. Cam deserves a very special mention and our deepest gratitude. From the first moment we explained our situation, she handled everything with incredible professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. I can honestly say that I have never experienced customer service at this level before. Without hesitation, Cam offered to change our room to a waterfront villa—and went even further by upgrading us to a two-bedroom villa, which made an enormous difference for our family and allowed us to truly relax during our stay. We arrived after midnight, and despite the late hour, Cam was personally there waiting for us to ensure everything went smoothly. The check-in process was effortless, and we immediately felt welcomed. The villa was stunning, spotlessly clean, modern, and very spacious.

We did the 2 night stay for our honeymoon straight after our wedding and couldn’t be happier. The villa is beautiful, food is amazing and we had the best sleep on the most comfy bed. There are plenty of activities within the resort too.

Staff was explicit especially LY she made sure we get what we need at anytime. She was available thru WhatsApp at anytime we needed assistance. Big thanks

Good breakfast and a lot of variety. AC is sufficient to keep the room cold.

The rooms were nice and clean although the exterior of the apartment complex is outdated and a little run down. Staff were helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast at Hay Hay restaurant had a nice varied selection. Amenities were adequate.
