Incredible hospitality! The pool villas are very spacious with amazing views! The entire staff was extremely helpful and ready to go above and beyond. Highly recommend this resort!

Rooms need updating

Great hotel, rooftop pool, beautiful view, spacious 2 bedroom, great tv and Samsung smart tv channels! I loved the washer on the balcony and walked to 7 eleven for laundry detergent. Washing clothes was a breeze and inexpensive.

Staff was very helpful, kind, and considerate.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, the housekeeping service was poor, and the staff were not helpful or professional when we raised our concerns. The experience was so bad that we decided to check out on our very first day, even though we had booked a longer stay. What made the situation even worse was that, despite leaving immediately because of the poor room condition and service, the hotel refused to provide any refund. For a hotel of this standard, we expected much better cleanliness, customer service, and professionalism. Unfortunately, we feel that our concerns were completely ignored. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would strongly not recommend this hotel.
