Mexico and Central America Adults Only Holidays

We weren't told about the construction, the elevator to our room wasn't working and we were on the 4th floor. The phone didn't work, the oom that we reserved had leaking a roof in the bathroom, we were locked inside the lobby elevator due to electricity issues. After waiting in the lobby for 4hrs and finally getting into our room, there was no running water. The food was not good and was served cold. We paid $100 for snorkeling photos and have not received them as of yet. This is our 3rd trip to Secrets and we were very disappointed. I feel that I deserve a credit at this point and will not be going again. Have a great day.

Amazing resort! My mom and I stayed here for 5 days and it was fantastic! The beach was clean and well-maintained; the ocean was clear and so pleasant to swim in. The resort property is huge and secluded, a perfect location to decompress from the city noise. And the food was AMAZING!!!!! You have to dine at the French restaurant.

My stay was excellent. From the food to the property everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful grounds, restaurant reservations can be challenging. Overall food options are limited. Took longer for some essential room restocking and cleaning at times.

Definitely like to go again at different Royalton property.
