Room was fine, staff friendly and helpful.
Issue was lifts when the hotel was busy, taking ages to get down to breakfast. One lift out of 3 was broken.
Noisy neighbours partying was dealt with and issue with noise the next night was also dealt with.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional - from the concierge staff, the valet staff and the restaurant staff. We rate this the finest hotel we have stayed in for many, many years. We had 2 stays in the last week and both times, we were so impressed with everything. The welcome drink on arrival was very much appreciated also!
Our room was beautifully set up, the shower was fantastic and the room technology was excellent. The bed was very comfy and pillows were perfect.
The restaurant meals were delicious and the breakfast couldn't be falted. The location is perfect - only a few minutes' walk to Rundle Mall. Highly recommend The Oval Hotel.
