Amazing place with great staff late check in is how all places need to be!

Great location with parking shopping close by

The room was clean inside except for the ensuite which had water leaking from the toilet ,running accross the floor. The pool and balcony area were filthy. The pool was cold in spite of there being a pool heater which wasn't operational. When we complained about it to Q Stay( they mange the apartment on behalf of a private owner) they said the pool is not advertised as being heated. Q Stay said they would send house keeping to clean inside but not outside. House keeping didn't come during our stay. Soul management could help because it is a privately owned apartment. It seems the owner is probably to tight to spend on cleaning and maintenance.

Great ocean view, clean room, excellent location. Outdoor and indoor spa, steam room and sauna was good too.

The hotel itself is affordable, good location and good for a short stay. The staff were not transparent when it came to costs however. They stated they would ‘get us an ocean view room’ instead of a city view, implying an upgrade at their cost and kindness which we were delighted to hear. Only to be advised that we had to pay over a hundred dollars to be upgraded at our cost. They also advised the parking was $30 per night, only to be charged $35 on the second and subsequent nights. As much as it was a nice enough place to stay, we will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Great location however rooms are very tired and dirty is some areas. They are due for an update! Hot water in shower not working and was lukewarm at best.

Rooms were very spacious, perfect breakfast, lovely staff. Pool facility was basic woth some tiles needing repair. The lifts location was very far from lobby.

Parking is easy and always spots avaliable, nice walking distance to town, rooms had everything you need and more, would 100% stay here again, staff are always helpful and happy too, thank you for having us Artique.
