Great budget hotel close to the center of Manchester. Easy to get to and from the city center via tram, bus or walking. Great friendly staff. Room was nothing special but a place to sleep and quiet. Great shower pressure and temperature.

Casino and entertainment wise, great. The food at the small Cafe on the slot floor was great. Room stay wise. For how heavy the room doors were, the walls did not keep sounds from coming through. The water in the bath was good temperature but the tub drained very slow, almost thought it stopped completely. ...

We stayed here for 4 nights. 2 of the 4 nights our shower was making a loud noise so the front desk checked us into another room. The remaining 2 nights there was an issue with the AC. I’m giving it a 4 stars since the front desk waived all the resort fees they were very nice
