Our stay at River Street Inn was great! The concierge were hospitable and so helpful. We enjoyed being in walking distance to so many things, having drinks at the daily reception, and our balcony view. Thank you for a beautiful few days in Savannah.

Fabulous hotel! My only complaint is there were no drawers—just two shelves in one of the closets. This seems to be a general trend in hotels. Maybe bureaus are considered old-fashioned? The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. ...
