"Great location We had a late check in. They left us a key in a drop box. We had trouble getting into the box, but they had a phone beside the box so we were able to call for assistance. The person on the line was able to work it out for us. I needed a couple of things throughout the stay. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. We loved the condo. The location was excellent. "10/10! Fabulous location, the perfect beach for snorkeling, poolside bar, ample parking, comfy beds and THE place to take in gorgeous Hawaiian sunsets. Make sure to book a reservation, or two, at Rum Fire. Their signature fish dish, butterfish, is to die for. "

"Ok, so here's the thing. We didn't actually stay at Poipu shores. I've toured the property, it is lovely, and I will certainly rebook there !! But, there was maintenance being done to the property that meant it wasn't available. Castle management (thank you, Maile!!! you are amazing!!!!) reached out to me before the trip, and booked us in a phenomenal unit with their sister property, right down the road. 10/10, would absolutely recommend "
