The only thing Easy about this hotel is the name and checking in. It should be called hardHotel. It was hard to get comfortable because there was no thermostat. We opened the windows to cool things off which made it hard to sleep because there was noise and activity on the streets until 4 am. It was hard to communicate with anyone because the wifi didn’t work and it was hard not to be bored at night because the TV didn’t work. It was hard to shower in the morning because the shower head was broken and it was hard to get service because nobody is available in the building. It is self check in (which was the only easy part). Nobody picks up the phone when you call and they never got back to me about the wifi etc when I messaged them.

Tiny room. Good for the night. Interesting bathroom design inside the room. Travel alone or with someone you know - not much privacy… Other than this - great location, close to the main train station. Reasonably priced. No fuss with check in or out, but can’t leave luggage with consierge.

Easy but No easy
Easy hotel is not easy as you think. So please read careful all tern and warning on the wall. So when you get out before check out please don't lock your door! Even though before 11! The card will not working. Over all my window was broken and no heater or AC, no elevator but you can't leave your laguagge in the storage. Otherwise the will lock your code. Well everything is okay the have electric kettle and microwave.

It's important to keep in mind the hotel rooms are tiny. We called the staff because our sink was clogged, and they helped right away. The worst thing about it is the area. Yes it is close to the main station and a nice shopping area, but the immediate area around it very noisy, dirty and unsafe. We woke up to people screaming are playing loud music multiple times.

Needs a few things fixing
The rooms are fine, basic but all you need. However our room had a broken toilet seat and badly flickering light in the bathroom which felt like you were having a seizure. Needs fixing.

Sink and shower both leaked. Bed was very uncomfortable as there was no mattress. Nothing to the pillows. No air conditioning so opened the window but loud all night long so could not sleep. Will not recommend to others.

Neighboring business was very loud until about 22:30 and we wanted to sleep after flight. Since there is not air conditioning windows needed to be open for comfort. They provide no fans to cool and mask the noise. Light switch in bathroom was defective. Would flash on and off in an annoying manner.

Worst hotel experience of my life...if you can even call this a hotel. Very hot rooms, if you open the window you will be hearing the restaurant noise all night, late into the night. Get ready for a sleepless night. Super expensive for the quality you receive. Will never ever come back or recommend.

Check in was a terrible experience, took us nearly an hour waiting for a member of stuff to come and help. Also you NEED a credit card, debit is not accepted so don’t bother booking if you don’t have one. Stressful experience the whole time. Room was basic but ok. Noisy outside all night as bar next door. Wouldn’t recommend. Still really expensive!

Good place. Served it's purpose for our trip.
Check in was contact free and very straight forward. Our room was on the top floor, and there was no lift (this was no issue for us). The room was small, but clean and had all we needed for our stay, including private bathroom. Only issues was: there was no hair dryer and the microwave on the 3rd floor was not cleaned regularly by either the person using it at the time, or housekeeping. Overall, I'd recommend and return if I ever went back to Zürich.

It was my first CheckIn by machine - without a human being 😃. No problem during checkin proceas. Bathrooms supplies were poor, and the tub needs a deeply cleaning.

I am content with my stay at easyHotel. I needed something cheap and convenient for one night, but was not willing to compromise on cleanliness or safety. easyHotel was clean and very convenient in the sense that we were able to walk to the train in 13 minutes with all of our luggage. What I did not like about our stay was 1. the fact that you have to check in by midnight. Our flight was delayed and we barely made the check-in time, and because it was all computerized and with no person to help, what would have happened if we didn't make the check-in time? It seems a little strange that the check-in time has a cut-off point considering that people are likely coming from the airport, which is notoriously unreliable. My second complaint is that there was no iron or ironing board. And no one to request of these things. My third complaint is that you can literally hear everything through the walls. I heard people laughing in other rooms. I heard one man coughing so loudly a few rooms down. This place is not good if you need somewhere super quiet to sleep. My last complaint is that the bed is not very comfortable. However, at the end of the day, if you need somewhere safe and clean to sleep with literally NO frills, it's a decent option.

The hotel location was excellent and in the middle of Zurich nightlife. The rooms were basic and minimalist but clean. This hotel is unusual in that check in and out was by kiosk, there was no staff. Also though guests must walk up the stairs, there is a baggage-only elevator to the right of the stairs near the vending machines. There was a luggage locker room, again all automated that was convenient since our train left several hours after check out time. There was no onsite staff to notify during our stay or at check out when we encountered issues like a shower that didn’t drain normally causing water to leak into the room floor.

It’s just a bed in Europes most expensive city!
Close walking distance to the train station and City. This hotel has no air conditioning, it was hot and stuffy even when it had cooled down outside. Be sure to look for portable fans if you need in the utility rooms on each floor that also houses a microwave and Kettle for use. Be aware that no staff are visible at the hotel, but when I emailed about a possible duplicate payment a response (abrupt) was received promptly.

Way below mediocre (pretty bad in fact)
Pretty bad stay overall. 1. They forgot to put out the towels and only brought them the next day. 2. The lights were flickering in the bathroom and while the customer support promised over email that they would be fixed that did not happen. 3. There were spiderwebs on the ceiling and the wall were not particularly clean. 4. The shower head was leaking (fixed on the second day) 5. The wifi stopped working on the day of the checkout, so the checkout terminal was not available and no one was answering the number on the wall (support), had to write an email to tell them we were leaving. Complaining about pillows being puffy weird things seems petty after all that. But honestly, other than location and price (just over 100 CHF in Zurich is decent), this stay was below any expectations.

Not great but cheap
Walls are paper thin, no temperature controls and bars outside so if you have the window open outside noise is pretty loud. No option for late checkout and if you can expect the cleaning contractors to get you out at the exact time. Self check in is decent but if you need to ask anyone anything you have to call the call centre. I personally wouldn’t stay again but if you’re ok with all the above then it is cheap and central.

The property is 10 mins from Zurich HB station and you have a lot of good restaurants and bars to explore. The area around look bit sketchy at night. Looks like the room is not dusted from ages, I say this because I saw cluster of dust and hair on sides of the bed. The good thing is they have pantry with kettle and microwave which is very useful if you are a budget traveller.

Nice budget-level hotel in the city center
Nice budget-level hotel in the city center. No amenities, but clean, comfortable, and convenient. Easily walkable and just a short walk to central train station. Plenty of shopping, food, nightlife, and attractions nearby.

The room too small even for one person. We had no other change than upgrading to bigger room. WE was really surprised, it felt just like a scam. The hotel manager told us that "it is the customers problem that they not fully aware to all details". Better stay away from this "hotel"...

AIt was very bad experience with easy hotel at Zurich, first of all the room I booked was not the same, it was dirty and on 4th floor without elevator. Moreover I was facing problem while self check in and my cards were not accepted due to technical issue. Nobody was there physically to help or guidance. Room was too small and not comfortable at all. Very bad experience, will never suggest anybody to easyhotels.
