"I stayed with 2 of my friends in this cute little boat. We had an amazing time where it was walking distance from the centre. Although there is no running water the host was very friendly and accomodate for us and always made sure we had what we needed. Definitely recommend if you want to stay on an affordable boat in the canals of Amsterdam!!"

"We enjoyed the location tremendously; and, staying on the boat added a charming ambiance to our Amsterdam experience. On the other hand, it is very tattered, dated, rickety and an electrical nightmare. Extension cords and hidden switches everywhere and very dimly lit. Floors covered with throw rugs that all overlap; the walls and ceilings covered with fabric that has been stapled on. And, used toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet. So, if you don't mind dealing with all the oddities, go...

Robertino, the host, is very communicative and welcoming, and also a great source for recommendations in the area. Not only did they prepare a substantial take away meal, they opened early to allow us a hot meal before we left and also gave us the breakfast which served as another meal for our journey.
