"The room was clean, staff at the bar was very nice! The sauna in the morning wasn’t working but at night when I came back was working. It says there’s laundry service, but it’s not self service. You have to send out and it’s only on mondays. It also says here they have shuttle to the airport but they DO NOT. Overall our stay was fine. It’s about 10-15 mins bus ride to the main city. And fairly close to some restaurants. "

"Super easy to get to hotel from the Berlin HBF. Great Italian (pizza) restaurant attached to hotel. Room was really small, but it worked for sleeping. "

"Great hotel. Friendly staff. Wonderful food. Ideal central location with Alexanderplatz station only minutes away, but the hotel is very dated, thin walls meant I could hear everything being said in the next room which didn’t help when they had a screaming child. The hotel also has a room cleaning request button (in the bathroom) that you must press before 11am to get the room serviced for the next day. I pressed the button twice during my stay and my room wasn’t serviced. "

"Cheap and cheerful accommodation just outside the city centre but close enough to walk in within 15-20 minutes. I got a private room with a bathroom which wasn’t the best, but it was clean. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillow had seen much better days. I ended up using my coat and stuffing it inside the pillow case just to plump it up. There is no kettle inside either. The walls in the room are in need of redecorating due to a lot of scratch marks from suitcases and general wear and tear, given how busy it is, but you get what you pay for… it is cheap for a reason. Great location if you are not overly fussed about where you are staying on a budget city break and just want to use it to get some sleep. If you’re looking for something more upmarket, I’d look elsewhere. There is a bar at the front which is decent, showing sports and has cheap food available such as hot dogs, pizza and fries. There is also a table football and pool table if that’s your thing. For the price I expected exactly what I got and wasn’t overly fussed apart from the comfort of the bed and the pillow being quite poor."
