"We had a wonderful stay! Being honest, at first the hotel is not what I expected but I have no complaints. Our room was clean, we needed some accommodations and the staff promptly took care of it. Although the buffet could use some variety of food (specially for kids) service was good. Big thanks to the pool service guys Angel and Ulises for taking great care of us and the kids at all times and our concierge Gabriel. Also shout out to Urias in animation for making our stay fun.
