"We had an amazing weeklong stay at Krystal Grand Resort in Los Cabos! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and beautiful safe surroundings. The views are absolutely stunning and the whole resort has a relaxed, tropical feel that made it easy to unwind. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a variety of delicious options at every meal. Whether it was breakfast by the beach or dinner with an ocean breeze, every meal felt like a treat. What we truly appreciated, though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Gabriel and Omar, who went above and beyond to help us figure out last minute stuff and make our experience unforgettable. We love how they acknowledged their guests. Their kindness really stood out. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful and affordable getaway in Los Cabos. We’ll definitely be back!"

"The resort is very clean and well maintained. Very good selection of restaurants but never had an amazing meal. All food is average at best. Great waitstaff at all areas as everyone was welcoming and willing to help with anything. The beach is very treacherous and swimming is not recommended and many times not allowed due to the extreme surf and rip tides. I thought it was very well laid put property. I will definitely book again. "

"Very nice, family friendly resort. The food is excellent, and the majority of the bartenders and staff were great and friendly. The 24 hour room service and the Killer Whale slide were big hits with the kids! Special recognition to: Bellboys: Luis and Efrain Bartenders: Manuel and Esther Waitress: Patricia (best server by far!) This was our second time visiting this resort, don’t doubt we’ll be back!"
