Charming Hotel Best Gongbei hotel
Had a delightful stay at Charming hotel Zhuhai. Ideal location right across the Gongbei border -- 3 minute walk from the border exit. The closest hotel to the border exit with the best in class Western options in the area. Super view from the room of the border and convenient to many things in the Gongbei area including the train station.

I didn’t spend a lot of time in the neighborhood but I think it’s pretty safe. We booked the room with hk- Zhuhai-Macau bridge view. Although you can only see half the bridge because there were 2 tall buildings by the waterfront blocking the view, it was still nice. Breakfast is the best with all the Asian and western food selection.

Excellent convenient location
Excellent service speed for check in and check out: all 5 rooms were ready and arranged as requested on same floor nearby. However, our rooms were not facing a nice view which was on the opposite side. Excellent location as a very huge shopping mall is located at the hotel basement.

We stayed at this hotel for several days on a family trip to Zhuhai. The hotel is conveniently located next to the border crossing with Macau and the Zhuhai train station providing easy access to Guangzhou and the rest of Guangdong Province. There are plenty of food and shopping options within easy walking distance of the hotel including both Chinese and Western brands. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Zhuhai in the future.

Excellent in every way. Only that their pool was in renovation but they gave us permission to use the neighboring hotel’s pool, which also happens to be excellent. The price is considered high for Zhuhai but it’s well worth it. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay!
I love the place as it is near a big underground shopping area and the ferry port to Hong Kong. Service is fast . Staff is great. Charming Hotel is one hotel I highly recommend.

Perfect location across from Gong Bei border crossing with Macau and terminus of new HK bridge. The Zhuhai train station is only a 5 min walk and the, view of the Pearl River is magnificent. Interior furnishings and amenities are first class - a great value and experience - Highly recommended!

Nice neat comfortable hotel with extremely convenient location, just 5 mins walk from Gongbei. But we have some safety concern on the swimming pool as there were no clear markings around the pool on the depth and no handle bars around the pool. It is ok for proper swimming but definitely not for children to play in.

Conceirge service is lousy They did not manage the invoming taxis well and probably did not manage at all. Customers need taxi and they could not help. As a 5 stars hotel, you should have a good taxi system, please check and learn from other 5 stars hotel and it will serve the customers better Room cleanliness not good as toilet still has hairs of other customers, tea table has stsins and quite dusty in the room Lift was too slow

This is a hotel listed as 4.5 stars and charges more expensive than most of the others in the same city. I would expect when "non-smoking" room was given there won't be smell of smoke haunting me overnight. Moreover, listing says bath tub provided in fact none. Room was quiet. Breakfast was acceptable. Nice bed but dirty couch. Would be reasonable if the price were 25% off.

Nice hotel, comfortable room but don't like the open toilet and bathroom. Very convenient location, lots of things to do around. The free movies are great added values. The Chinese restaurant is serving very good food.

An above average hotel for an above average price. Nice service, western (make your own omelet bar, breads, cereal,) and Chinese breakfast, automatic VPN on their WiFi. In the executive room the bath tub is kind of in the room, so don't plan on taking a bath if you're with family. Shower is its own room. Overall a great hotel, would return.

Easy Access to Gongbei border & High Speed Rail
My wife's brother lives in Zhuhai and the Charming Holiday Hotel is where we stay when visiting him. My wife and her mother most recently stayed here on 8 and 11 August 2016 (with a trip to Macau in between). The rooms are very nice, good size, clean and comfortable with comfortable beds. Easily 4 star hotel quality. It has excellent access to both the Gongbei Border crossing to Macau and to the Zhuhai High Speed Rail Station. Also, it is built over a large underground shopping area.
