"There was no reception or staff for most of the time. Although barbeque grills is listed as one of the amenities, this is not available in accommodation. "
"This is without a doubt one of the best hotels I've stayed in in Taiwan! The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and an early check-in (since there were no guests from the night before).
Our room was on the second floor. It was spacious and clean with a cosy atmosphere. We had a balcony overlooking the entrance. To our pleasant surprise everything in the minibar was inclusive.
The lobby area had several seating options, including a large table where it was easy to do work, since I had an easy...
"Very nice hotel! Everyone was so kind, breakfast was delicious. We ate at Ukai-tei Teppenyaki and it was the best dinner we’ve both had. Room amenities were so nice, and infinite pool was very relaxing. We fully recommend. "
"Excellent place to stay! Despite limited language skills, I was able to communicate and have my needs met by staff. They arrange a free shuttle service to the airport upon request as well, which was very handy. The room was neat and convenient. "
"We loved the roof-top pool - it is a great place to relax after a day exploring southern Taiwan. There are some very good restaurants a short walk from the hotel."

"Located in a lovely area. Very convenient. Mostly importantly, the staff are very friendly, polite and respectful , welcoming. 5 stars overall. Well deserved. Will stay here again when I’m back to the city. "

"I booked the family room type, so the size of the room was nice and clean. The bathroom was great with two side sink. It was convenient to be able to do uber eats. The location is close to the airport. But it’s not really walkable with luggage. Also, when you are traveling with older parents and little kids. It might takes about 15-20mins walk with hot weather, but my recommendation is taxi. Thanks. "
