"We had a great stay at this hotel. Our room was first class and the internal facilities at the hotel were really great. Externally the hotel looked a little drab and rundown but that just gave the wrong impression to our actual experience. Staff went out of their way to help. Breakfast was top quality and in a lovely setting. Proximity to the beach was good."

"Overall it’s really only a 3 star BnB. The check in experience is not as welcomed, the staff had a rather cold attitude. The room is not as clean as the reviews by other people. The floor is not clean and very dusty-just walked barefoot about 10 minutes you get black feet. The shower head is leaking. The yellow chaise lounge is very old and weary, the fabrics got so many stains! The bedside lamps were off-we had to fix the bulbs in order to get it working. The air con filter was super dusty...

"The room was clean. The bed was harder than I prefer, but not rock solid. Good air conditioning. Good wifi. The owner spoke enough English to get me checked in. If he needed help he asked a neighbor. The scooter rental was a very good deal and one of the best parts of my trip. The electric scooter is a good way to see Kenting. The hotel was a bit loud at times. Some rooms had play areas for children. I recomend the Totoro room for those with kids. Would stay again."

"What an amazing gem. We loved staying here and would gladly do so again. Two things though. Floors are extremely slippery. They did say it was but I was unprepared for just how slippery it would be. Had a bad fall in the bathroom. Injured my coccyx. No two, and this is a personal preference. A ceiling fan or any other would’ve been great. Sometimes it would’ve been better than the aircon. I would still recommend this place for location, comfort and overall aesthetic "

"This hotel is a fun, hip option in the area...it was definitely my kids favorite hotel out of the 5 we stayed in during our trip to Taiwan. Our only problem was finding it, since there were no signs to identify it. However, when we called from a nearby 7-11 they came promptly & we followed them by car & we were only a half block away. The room was comfortable & modern with a small balcony but no ocean view (we weren't expecting one) but not sure if the 3rd floor would or not? There is a HUGE...

"Was first given a room at 301, however the room smelled of choked drainage (from bathroom) and we requested for a change. Given room 306 with no views but at least we can sleep without the foul smell. Room was clean and spacious, no hand towels given. Location is near to Kenting main street however area around b&b is run down and shabby. Host is friendly and provides very basic and simple breakfast. Not value for the price paid."
