"Staff were friendly and helpful. Good spread of breakfast. Very near to the Shanghai Street Metro station, Songhua river and eateries. "

"The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center."

I asked something wrong? They said they just need to check. (Most of holiday in express can finish check in in 30 second, this one takes much longer time). 2. The hardware of hotel is good. 3.
