Outstanding classic hotel. Huge pool, nice gym, 24 hour massage service, the main restaurant is reasonably priced with fantastic cooking. Their breakfast buffet is the best I have ever encountered in China, really. They have everything, great service too, busy every morning I was there (4 nights).
Although this hotel is a bit old, it is well-maintained. Also, it locates beside the Zong Hua Jiang, it is very nice to walk along this beautiful river. The hotel also provides excellent breakfast. I would say its breakfast is one of the best that I had so far in my trips in China.
Very good staff service in helping us check-in, order macdonalds (Vicky Yang) on our behalf, and helping us with luggage queries with Air China. Front counter however can be more proactive as i am left standing there for a few mins b4 i approach them.
It is a great hotel, well shangrila-la is a well know brand hotel. We love morning breadfast. And the first day the hotel send us some fruits. Our room has the drinks included... unfortunately we don’t drink alcohol so we didn’t consume the mini fridge.
