"James, the host, is incredibly kind and friendly. He helped me a great deal during my trip. I enjoyed free tea and coffee provided by him. "The hotel is located seconds away from the 张家界 national park entrance, which is essential for our travel, not only we were able to beat the early morning crowd, but we were also able to enjoy the town when all the tourists have left the area. The hotel is also just minutes away from the busy street that's filled with restaurants. The staff were very helpful and the amenities were awesome, free laundry service was included with our room. 10/10 experience."

"Don’t let the lack of reviews put you off booking this property, it’s perfect for a stay in Zhangjiajie. Before our visit, Sunny had been in touch and had helped us to plan our activities. We were picked up from the airport, then Sunny met us to talk through what we had booked, which was a great help. All the staff are friendly and helpful, they can’t be faulted. Our rooms were great, and the hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the East gate of the park. After a busy day, we returned to be given a full afternoon tea, which was delicious. There is a free laundry which is very useful I really wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel ☺️"

"Conveniently located in the heart of Wulingyuan. A 10-15 minute walk to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Park. We stayed for 3 nights and checked out on 6th August 26. The stay was very comfortable and our room was very spacious. The lady on the front desk is the most helpful person I think I've ever come across. She helps with everything with regards bookings at the National Park, Grand Canyon and Tianmen Mountain. She does it all with a smile too. I just want to say a massive thank you to you! The hotel is sat on the river and at night, when the town lights up, it's a cool place to be. Thank you for our amazing stay, we'll definitely be back."
