"Everything was perfect. Rooms were modern and well appointed. Complimentary drinks. Helpful staff. They even let me upgrade my room without paying change fees. Even if I went looking for something to complain about, I don't know if I would find a single thing to improve. Great location and excellent home base for an American to explore Berlin. They really made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Next time, I won't even shop around - I'll come back to Me and All."

"The shower drain was clogged, and after using it for about 10 minutes, the water overflowed. I requested to change rooms, but my request was denied because I was told it would be repaired. A repair technician came immediately, but the issue was not fixed at that time (it was fixed the following day). In addition, the telephone in the room was broken and completely unusable."

"Broken electrical components in my room. Dangerous!!!! No working A/C or heating. Water either too hot scalding or too cold, inconsistent and annoying to take a shower. Never again!"

"Great stay, as always. I particularly enjoy the facilities and the rooms which are of a good standard and include a fridge to cool your drinks. I am mentioning this because I've come across some other hotels recently that did have a fridge in the room. Gym and sauna in the basement a definite bonus. Staff are friendly. The hotel exudes a calming and relaxed atmosphere. What's not to like?"
