"I talked to the owner, Kamil before my arrival to ascertain that I would get what I paid for. Specifically, that the room as described was what I paid for. Specifically, a room with two double beds. He assigned a room with one double bed and one with bunk beds! Unacceptable! We ended up with a room at the attic! The walls were angled in the rooms and uncomfortable to get around. The water pressure at the bathroom sink depicted more as if a leak rather than pressure! Unacceptable-shower...

"We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses...

"Spa was FANTASTIC! Interior was Beautiful and Clean. Room was a Great Mattress and bedding was also Fantastic. One of the best Breakfasts I ever had! We can't wait to comeback!"
