"The staff tried to scam us for breakfast. The receptionist that checked us in was nice and friendly. The men that cleaned did a good job, but be aware of other staff, as they will mock you and speak badly of you right in front of your face, very disrespectful. Impossible to find space at the pool, it’s also very loud and chaotic at all times. The food was mostly old would not recommend to stay here. "

"The property was in a good location to get to Stone Town and the ferry. Booking thru Expedia led to some confusion at checkout as their Expedia payment system was initially declined so we had to go on Expedia chat followed by a phone call to the facility to straighten everything out. Expedia could make that process much less confusing. The included breakfast was a nice treat and while I mostly take the stairs, the elevator was not working for half our stay. Overall though the stay was lovely...
