"Hi, this is a good place for the cost, is staff who try their best and they are helpfull, but they lacked a bit knowledge for my questions, could be lack of training. i would stay there again for hort time, if i needed in that area. very noce garden and goos breakfast with fresh fruits and such. treating each gues individual of what was wished for breakfast."

"PLEASE BE AWARE. This place overbooks clients so when you arrive they say there is NO reservation under your name. Then they send you to another location of much lower quality. People at the new location confirmed that they do this all the time. It is not a mistake but rather a scam. I left that second location and was lucky to find a nice hotel nearby for the same price. I did get a refund but most people will probably stay where they are forced to stay due to lack of options and uncertainty. I...
