We got let in an hour earlier on arrival which was kind however it wasn’t very easy to locate. We wasn’t very happy that we paid for a double bed and it was two singles and two single duvets. Also the bed wasn’t comfy at all all you could feel was the springs. The shower wasn’t great as the ventilator wasn’t working so when we tried to have a shower the fire alarm was set off. We was very disappointed with our experience at this hotel.

Das Hotel ist modern und gut ausgestattet, unser Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer und der Lavazza Kaffee war echt lecker! Wir haben das Frühstück im Bett in Anspruch genommen, es gab Saft, Brötchen, Joghurt, Aufstrich, Käse und Salami. War auch lecker und reichlich! Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und wir haben vor der Polizei geparkt auf der Straße und für 24 Stunden preiswert. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Great value, tidy hotel in a nice spot.
Small hotel in the seaside resort of Zandvoort, just a few streets back from the seafront. I was here for a trade show in Amsterdam which was just a 45 minute/20 Euro train and metro ride away. Really nice to get out of the city actually as it can take 45 mins to get back to a city centre hotel when the RAI chucks out. Hotel was great value for money and the staff all super friendly and super helpful. My room was a bit odd as it only had a skylight (no windows). You have to be a bit careful when you open that up in the mornings! The room was a bit basic, but everything was comfy, clean, and worked fine and even had a great little in room Lavaza coffee machine. The hotel have (pay for) parking but it's in the streets behind if you can find a space. So drop your bags and passengers first, grab the parking pass then go and park your car, otherwise it could be a hell of a walk back with bags and/or kids. There are a few good restaurants and bars in the centre too. I'll be back next year!

Sleeping in the dunes is better than staying here
Pretty terrible service on every level - owner who feels he can be abusive to you - receptionist who shouts at you - despite booking a bed and breakfast rate, they stopped serving breakfast two months ago and the manager tells you to go to hell

Well placed for luminosity events
2nd time of staying here to visit luminosity. The rooms downstairs are more spacious and better than the ones upstairs - Owners are welcoming and local area good. Facilities are good and location good.

8/10. Enjoyed stay!
Had a great stay with 3 of my friends for 4 nights. Upon first arriving very late at night we were shocked when told about a 500e deposit that was never made aware to us by the night porter who's English wasn't very good. However, the next day the manager got in touch and was incredibly friendly and explained everything to us making us feel really at ease. The apartment had plenty of space for us and was spotless! Sofa bed was a little hard but it done the job. Location was perfect! Had a great stay and would stay again any time!

Sweet room at the Beach
We loved our stay. The room was comfortable, clean and even had a sitting garden in the front. Lots of light when you need it and room darkening curtains when you want to sleep in.

Close to beach, great town
The hotel was very clise to the beach. Check in process was easy and friendly. The room had no microwave and we came home to a bunch of ants eating our food one day. Also, the neighbors were very loud. Other than a few minor things, the hotel staff and room are great.

Zandvoort mini-break
We only stayed for 2 nights, however we would have happily stayed for longer. We loved our room! We had one of the front rooms with a balcony, which was perfect for this time of year. It was lovely being able to have the doors wide open - I felt safe enough to do this all night. We loved the location, as its only a road away from the main street which leads to the beach, but far enough away that there are no crowds. I would definitely return here.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed
I am deeply disappointed. The room was too small It felt like in prison cell. There was toilet and shower without doors in the room all together with bed. I attached the photos. The washbasin/sink is in some kind of the shelve, you have to put your head inside to wash your face. This was the worst experience for me and I traveled a lot. Pictures and rating that I read on Expedia are completely wrong. I want my money back!

Great hotel if you are an early riser
The owners are very nice and hospitable. It is a friendly atmosphere in a safe area. The room is nice and bright, and has what is needed. The only problem we had was that we went there for a 3 day music festival which ended each night going to bed at 2 AM so we were especially hoping to be able to sleep in. Next door to the hotel was a rooster. And every morning at about 10 AM they began knocking on doors insisting on cleaning. If we were there with an early to bed early to rise stay, I would have no complaints.

Nice hotel and location - tight room
My stay was ok. I found a couple of hair in the bed and under the cushion, but the general state of room cleaning was ok. The hotel is very close to the city center and personnel is polite and helpful (I met only the night man). My major remark is that the room and the bathroom especially was pretty tight. There was almost no room enough to turn inside the shower spot and the wc was too close to the washbasin to keep a "normal"position when using it. The hotel was fair compared to the price I paid (52€).

It was a nice family run hotel in a seaside resort. A very small town when the weather is not warm but close drive to Haarlem and other areas.Lovely breakfast buffet.The bathrm was a bit small with shower very close to rest of furnishings in toilet.

Alles was lekker dichtbij. Wel een aardige wandeling naar het circuit, maar dat wisten we. We hadden wat problemen, om naar het hotel te komen, aangezien er een parkeervergunning nodig was. Uiteindelijk gelukkig alles zelf kunnen oplossen.

Gut gelegen, sauber, familiär, nett. Haarfön, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Leider kein Aufzug, also nix für Kinderwagen oder für Ältere. Bett sehr klein und sehr weich und durchgelegen, kein Frühstücksbuffet. Insgesamt aber positiv, fast wie ein B&B.

Mein Zimmer im EG hatte kein Fenster, sondern nur eine durchsichtige Luke in der Decke, durch die mich andere Bewohner der 1. Tage sehen konnten und zwar mit Blick auf das Bett, UNMÖGLICH! Ich habe mich total beobachtet und unwohl gefühlt. Das könnte man mit einem Sichtschutz ändern oder die Like einfärben. Außerdem konnte ich das Zimmer nicht verdunkeln und es war zu hell zum Schlafen nach Sonnenaufgang oder durch das Licht der oberen Zimmer. SCHRECKLICH!! Bei meiner Freundin in einem anderen Zimmer ließ sich das Fenster nicht schließen und es liefen immer Leute daran vorbei. eine Bitte zur Beseitigung lief ins Leere. Ich rate ABSOLUT AB!!

커피보트는 씻으시는게...
늦은 체크인에 웃으며 반겨주신 주인아저씨는 매우 좋았으나 룸에 들어간 순간부터 매우 불쾌함. 침대의 이불과 베게는 눅눅하고 내부는 습하고 분명 발코니 있는 룸을 예약 했지만 아주 자연스럽게 없는방으로 주심. 화장실은 누가 사용한건지 바닥에 물기가 있고 물한병 없는 와중에 생수끓여보려 커피보트 열었더니 곰팡이에 음식 썩은 것들이 들어 있음. 잔드보르트 해변때문에 가긴했지만 두번다시는 가고 싶지않은. 주인아저씨는 매우 친절하심

Es hat mir alles in allem gut gefallen, bis auf die Lunchtüte zum Frühstück. Wirklich sehr nette Leute, die das Hotel führen. Die Zimmer sind mit Hand-Badetücher, Haartrockner und auch mit Schampoo, Duschgel und Flüssigseife ausgestattet. Wohl leider kein Sat-TV, daher nur 2 deutsche Sender.

Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick klein und nur über eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen! Letztendlich war alles ok., zweckmäßig und gut! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ich war zufrieden und komme gerne wieder!
