New Zagreb apartment in a residential building from 2019. 1 minute walk to tram station on Vukovarska street. 10 min walking distance from main railway station and main bus station. 10 min tram ride to city centre or 15-20min walking distance. It has everything two people will need to feel comfortable. Apartment is on the first floor of the building. There is a small balcony as well. On the property of the building there is space to park your car.

There are no big buildings in the neighbourhood, only family homes. It is very safe part of the town. It is warm, cozy and quite but also next to the Vukovarska street and the tram.
