"Property was clean and quiet. The hallways and rooms were clean. Loved the breakfast and kickback meal options. Only complaint i have is we were on the 7th floor and it looked as if the ceiling had a leak previous to our stay. Ceiling did not look good. The repair work looked sketchy and not cosmetically pleasing. But other than that i was very satisfied with our stay"

"The best part of the trip was the comfort of the bed. It's like sleeping on air, but now the food at breakfast was a different story. I wouldn't even let my dog eat breakfast there."

"Upon arrival check in was great. Booked a room on the third floor which was clean but had roaches. Front desk immediately came up to room with keys for another room. Ask me if they could see the bug and said that room would be exterminated. Moved to a higher floor and had no issues. Be prepared to pay for parking. "

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only had one hiccup. Miss understanding about the shuttle service. But we addressed the problem & Bally’s makes it right. Room was a bit small & there’s no fridge or microwave. But other than that we had a very pleasant experience. My husband & I were extremely impressed with the staff. 👍👍😊"
