The staff at the hotel was incredibly helpful and was always willing to go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food offered for breakfast was also really really good, will definitely come back and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family

This is my third visit to zacatecas this year … and my 3 third time staying at Santa Rita hotel .. is a Jewel of hotel .. People is kind and friendly , hotel is super nice and Clean , beds are amazing, they have breakfast included… walkable to Cathedral Church and they have a Starbucks next to it … I really recommend this hotel … Family Friendly , to me this hotel is the best option if you staying in Zacatecas.Thank You Santa Rita Hotel.

Clean place to stay... rooms are very nice for Zacatecas. I'd say something equivalent to an Intercontinental. You're right downtown on the main strip, maybe 50 yards away from the Governor's mansion. Lots of festivities and parades stroll through the street, so make sure you plan your ubers accordingly as they can close down the street for these sorts of things. Starbucks down stairs is a nice touch, and the in house restaurant has a delicious, free, breakfast every morning. The food is free, you just pay for drinks like soda and such.

I usually never write reviews but I just had to for this stay. From arrival to checking out this stay was the best. Staff was exceptionally welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. We had a city view that was beautiful. Oh and who doesn’t love a Starbucks in the lobby???!!! We left on a day that streets were closed for a procession and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were able to safely and timely get a taxi and make it to the airport. Will be back for sure

The hotel is very close to everything. However, the entrance steps are no very friendly to old people - they are too many. The breakfast was great. The room was clean but a bit noisy. Room 603 is close to the kitchen? We were hoping for a room with a whirlpool but didn't get it.
