"spacious, clean and friendly! but please, insulate the windows, a lot of cold air comes in and it's cold in the room. we stayed in a room where there were 3 windows, it was cold and we woke up with sore throats and stuffy noses. there are cheap and effective solutions, please keep that in mind. otherwise, very good."

"The check-in is fully digital and self check-in, but it’s clear and easy if you follow the instructions and signs. The hotel is very clean, cozy, and modern. The surrounding area is magical, right on the lake, and the restaurant has a very nice setting. The staff were amazing, very helpful and caring. The only downside is transportation to Amsterdam: the nearest station is about a 12-minute walk from the hotel. Other than that, everything was very good."

"What a great hotel! Wonderful staff, super comfy sheets and beds. High ceilings. Small fridge and coffee maker in room. We stayed 2 weeks and the location is super convenient to travel to other parts of Netherlands via train. Rented bikes from hotel a few times & that was super fun. Full grocery store across the parking lot with excellent food options. The lobby is HUGE with plenty of space for meetings or work calls or just to chill. Front desk staff was friendly & efficient. Highly recommend."

The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. It was the ideal base for exploring the city, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is absolutely wonderful, I had such a wonderful stay. The room was immaculate, and had everything I needed. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The staff were amazing; so helpful and friendly. For the price the breakfast was a great option too and really set me up for the day. Great location too with excellent transport links to the city centre and within walking distance of the beautiful Westerpark. Overall I really like staying at this hotel and looking forward to my next visit."
