Very spacious and clean though relatively not a modern property. Ample amenities and kitchenware. Ideal for a large group and it’s very close to the resorts.

The property is ideal for groups snowboarding or skiing. A 15 minute walk from the Yuzawa-Gala gondola, which is also the train station. There is also a ski and snowboard rental place 100 metres down the road which offer reasonable pricing, good service and a bus/van drop off service.

Too big for 13 pax, The best part is living area have billiard table, Dart and Karaoke and snow mountain scenic view while dining is exceptional. Living area needs a lot of improvement. The kitchen is very very dirty.

大人8人子供4人で利用 寒さ対策の為、チェックイン時には室内の暖房が稼働していて暖かいお出迎えに癒されました。 兎に角、広いので、設備探検だけでも楽しめます笑 内装はリフォームされていて、壁は落ち着いたモダンな色使いでとても綺麗でした。 部屋数、ベッド数、洗面台の多さ、シャワー2ヶ所、予備の毛布やその他備品など、随所におもてなしの心が伺える気遣いのあるお宿です。 パーティールームには、ビリヤード、ダーツマシン、カラオケ、大型テレビ(多分65型)、テーブル・椅子沢山、キッチン超広々スペースでお皿、コップ、鍋、食器などの備品も充実しており、食材だけ調達すれば料理が直ぐ出来ます。※1キロ程離れた所にスーパーあり ガスコンロ1台3出力1グリル、電子レンジ2台、カセットコンロ2台、BBQセット2台と至れり尽くせり。 大家族や親戚親類集めての旅行など大人数で利用する時に大活躍しそうなとても良いお宿です。

昨年も利用した際、カラオケが利用できていましたが、今年は、カラオケの設備が整って（マイクのみ）いなく残念でした。 ビリヤード＆ダーツがあったのですが、不備により使えなかったのが、残念。 他は、去年同様良かったです。

雪かき掃除をしてくださった方々は、とても親切で一生懸命やってくださいました。 2階の部屋は部屋数も多くタオルも沢山用意していただき助かりました。 暖房も各部屋にあり暖かく過ごすことができましたが、洗面台のお湯が出なくて少し大変でした。 問題は、入り口の鍵が壊れていて閉まらず滞在中の夜に外人が入って来てしまい怖かったです。 鍵のかからない所に石油が置いてあるので火を付けられたらと思うと眠れなかったです。 色んなサイトの詳細を見ても大浴場があると書いてあったので、そのつもりで行ったらシャワーしかなくて大変でした。 洗濯機も無かったと思います。 パーティルームは楽しく申し分なかったです。 セキュリティ面の改善と施設の詳細情報は正確に提示して欲しいです。 問題点を改善していただけたら、また宿泊させて貰いたいと思います。
