My wife was treated rudely by the staff upon arrival by a female staff member after 5pm. There were some unsafe patrons at the hotel that kept looking at are truck, we were worried it would be broken into but it wasn’t. People were drinking alcohol outside the rooms by us.

Unsanitary rooms. Staff wasn’t able to accommodate to clean room. Manager wouldn’t refund money even though rooms had mold sheets with stains and bugs all over the room.

No better than a Motel 6

I thought this would be a good place because it’s a part of Best Western but NO! The fridge, iron, and hair drier didn’t work. The bed lamp flickered. There were more than 15 mosquitos on the walls and ceilings that kept bothering us. There were gross brown spots on the wall by the sink. Even though we had “do not disturb” on our door, someone was banging on it in the morning. The only good thing I can say is that at least it didn’t appear to have bed bugs.

Didn't feel safe and left

Drive by first and see what you think of the area. It's right by the freeway and a groupof men was barbecuing in the back, watching me go into the room. The room itself was old, cleaning was average. I left, even through nonrefundable and went to the Hilton even though more expensive.

Seen better days

As the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for." Granted, I was expecting a lot for the price point, just a place to sleep. That said, I arrive around 4 pm, and I was sent to two different rooms that weren't cleaned yet. The third I was sent to was ready. The property itself has seen better days and is worn. The hotel lobby glass doors looks like that haven't been wiped down in ages. The room itself was clean and thank goodness it had wood laminate floors instead of carpet. Since the rest of the hotel was not kept well, I would shudder to think how nasty carpets in a room would be. The other hotel guests were slamming doors and hanging out in the parking lot having loud conversations. Needless to say, that makes it difficult to go to bed early. This will not be a place I stay again. Granzella's Inn is two blocks away and has a lovely deli and restaurant. I will stay there if I am ever in Williams, CA again.
