"This hotel gets 10/10 for location, which is the most important factor. Easy walk to all the sites, you’re right in the middle of everything. Otherwise my room ( an executive spa) was quite entertaining- round bed. Huge jacuzzi which was lovely except it leaks. When the water drains it just bubbles up from the floor drain. The shower has very low pressure and the only lights in the entire place are strands of Christmas lights so you can’t see anything. Room dirty, and in bad repair. However given the location it was a great place to be"

"We choose this apartments because of convenient location to the bus station and to the center and very good price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was modern spacious and clean."

"I truly wished I was able to stay here longer and enjoy the spa services. From the moment I arrived, I was treated very well. I hate that I can't remember the gentlemens name who checked me in, but he asked if I wanted any food because it was late and he was willing to go on his break and get something for me. I ended up walking with him and he tried to pay for my food! It really shows how generous and kind the people here truly are. The day time staff were very kind, the property is clearly well taken care of, the bed and pillows were comfy and you had options of firmness for pillows. The property was beautiful inside and the breakfast in the morning was pretty good. I very much loved my stay here and would recommend anyone else to come here too! I travel A LOT, and this place really impressed me from the moment I walked in, until the moment I left. They even gave everyone some chocolates as they left. SImply amazing and in a perfect spot to walk to all of the local sites, with plenty of food and drink options within steps of the hotel."

"The room was big and clean. Staff very friendly. Location of the hotel is excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the speed of internet. Also breakfast was very repetitive."

"The room was spacious. But felt cold as the floor was very cold and the heating had to be on full all the time but still didn’t warm the room much. The bathroom smelt of stagnant water, which seems a theme in the Balkans. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of options and fresh. Hot choices of eggs and sausages as well as ham, cheese, bread, salad, pastries, cereal, yoghurt etc. Very good location. Ideally between the bus station and central square, with only 10 minutes walk to either. "

"I never went into the pool. Not quite the weather for it. Only saw the staff at the time of check in. Room was clean. Their page said microwave in the room, mine didn’t have one. When I mentioned this I was told none of them do! False advertising there I think. It is located about a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre in a run down area but it was safe. Just poor buildings."
